At Set Apart Sisters, we believe in creating a safe, encouraging, and faith-centered space for women. To provide clarity and transparency, we have established these Terms of Service. These terms explain how we share content, maintain community standards, and uphold the integrity of this platform.

These terms and related policies reflect our commitment to transparency, kindness, integrity, and wise stewardship of this space. “Let all be done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40), and we desire to “provide what is right, not only in the sight of Yahuah, but also in the sight of men” (2 Corinthians 8:21).

1. Content, Copyright & Creative Sharing

Set Apart Sisters does not knowingly engage in copyright infringement. We believe in upholding the laws, statutes, and commandments of the Most High, as well as respecting the laws of the land (Romans 13:1-7; 1 Peter 2:13-17).
We share, reference, curate, embed, and comment on publicly available content in good faith for purposes such as encouragement, education, commentary, discussion, resource sharing, and community edification.
When we embed, reference, or share external resources, we strive to credit the creator and link back to the original source whenever possible.

2. Use of This Website & Future Offerings

This website functions as a news and magazine-style platform, as well as a community space for women to share, learn, and grow together in faith.
All content, resources, and community participation are currently offered freely.
Users interact with the website, resources, and community at their own discretion and risk. “The simple believes every word, but the clever one watches his step” (Proverbs 14:15).
At this time, all courses and resources are free.
In the future, Set Apart Sisters may offer digital products such as ebooks, workbooks, printable resources, or paid courses.
Any future paid offerings will be clearly marked, with terms, pricing, access details, and any applicable refund or usage policies made transparent.

3. Accuracy, Corrections & Technical Issues

Set Apart Sisters strives to share content with care, truth, and integrity. “He who speaks truth declares righteousness” (Proverbs 12:17).
We acknowledge that mistakes may happen, including misspellings, broken links, outdated information, technical issues, or details that need correction.
If you notice an error, omission, broken link, or something that needs to be updated, we welcome your feedback.

Set Apart Sisters is a space for women of faith to share, learn, and support one another.
We encourage kindness, respect, patience, and meaningful interactions. “Let your word always be with favour, seasoned with salt” (Colossians 4:6).
Participants are expected to avoid hateful, disrespectful, unsafe, harassing, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
We reserve the right to moderate discussions, remove inappropriate content, and block users who violate our guidelines or disrupt the purpose of this platform.

5. Care Groups, Events & Gatherings

Set Apart Sisters may offer online community spaces, care groups, virtual gatherings, webinars, workshops, live-hosted public events, and occasional in-person women’s retreats.
Some events may be livestreamed, recorded, replayed, published online, shared through Yahudah Living platforms, or aired on All Praises Radio.
Participation in any community space, care group, event, gathering, webinar, retreat, livestream, or broadcast is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion and risk.
Care groups are designed for biblical encouragement, mentorship, discussion, prayer, and community support. “Bear one another’s burdens, and so complete the Torah of Messiah” (Galatians 6:2).
Care groups are not therapy, professional counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, crisis care, or a substitute for individualized professional help.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and do not sell, rent, or intentionally misuse your personal information.
Any information shared through forms, submissions, comments, or community features is used only for its intended purpose.
We may use basic website tools, cookies, analytics, or security features to help the website function properly, improve user experience, and protect the platform.
We encourage discretion when sharing personal information publicly. “A talebearer reveals secrets, but he who is trustworthy conceals a matter” (Proverbs 11:13).

Submitting content does not guarantee publication.

Set Apart Sisters is part of the Yahudah Living family of platforms.
This family of platforms includes Yahudah Living, All Praises Radio, Yahuah Youth, and Set Apart Electives.
Each platform is designed to serve women, families, and communities seeking resources, encouragement, and growth in their walk with Yahuah.
This disclosure is provided for clarity and transparency so visitors understand how these related platforms are connected. “He who walks in integrity walks safely” (Proverbs 10:9).

9. Updates & Final Acknowledgment

Set Apart Sisters reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page.
