Community Guidelines

Effective Date: March 7, 2025
Last Updated: September 19, 2025

Set Apart Sisters exists to provide a safe, encouraging, faith-centered space for women seeking to grow in their walk with Yahuah. These Community Guidelines help protect the tone, purpose, and integrity of this platform.

By participating in comments, online community spaces, member areas, care groups, virtual events, gatherings, webinars, retreats, or any other Set Apart Sisters-related space, you agree to follow these guidelines.

“Let no corrupt word come out of your mouth, but only such as is good for use in building up, so as to impart what is pleasant to the hearers” (Ephesians 4:29).

1. Kindness, Respect & Sisterly Conduct

  • Speak with kindness, patience, and respect.
  • Encourage meaningful, faith-centered conversation.
  • Do not shame, mock, belittle, insult, harass, threaten, or intentionally provoke others.
  • Disagreements should be handled with humility, gentleness, and self-control. “With all humility and meekness, with patience, bearing with one another in love” (Ephesians 4:2).
  • Comments or conversations that become hostile, divisive, unsafe, or disruptive may be moderated or removed.

2. Women-Centered Community Spaces

  • Set Apart Sisters is designed primarily as a space to encourage, equip, and support women on the Set-Apart path.
  • Public website content, including articles, resources, webinars, and broadcasts, may be viewed by anyone.
  • Men may read articles, subscribe, comment respectfully on public content, and attend public webinars or broadcasts where appropriate.
  • Private or semi-private community areas, including member spaces, forums, message boards, women’s care groups, and women-only discussions, are intended for women only.
  • Women’s retreats and women-only gatherings are designed for women; however, we understand that some husbands, family members, older male teens, or support persons may be present in limited circumstances depending on the event format, travel needs, venue arrangements, or family considerations.
  • Set Apart Sisters reserves the right to clarify participation expectations for each event, group, or community space as needed.
  • This reflects the heart of women encouraging and teaching women in wisdom and reverence (Titus 2:3-5).

3. Respect Each Sister’s Walk

  • We recognize that women may be at different stages in their walk with Yahuah.
  • Do not police, shame, or aggressively correct how others say, spell, or pronounce the Father’s Name.
  • Do not pressure others to adopt your personal convictions, traditions, calendar understanding, pronunciation, or application of Scripture.
  • Healthy discussion is welcome, but forceful correction, public rebuke, or spiritual superiority is not the spirit of this space.
  • “Receive one who is weak in the belief, not criticizing his thoughts” (Romans 14:1).

4. Privacy & Personal Information

  • Do not publicly post your phone number, home address, private email address, or other sensitive personal information.
  • Do not share another person’s private information without permission.
  • Do not screenshot, record, repost, or share private group conversations, comments, prayer requests, testimonies, or personal stories without permission.
  • Set Apart Sisters may remove publicly posted personal information to help protect users.
  • “A talebearer reveals secrets, but he who is trustworthy conceals a matter” (Proverbs 11:13).

5. Comments, Discussions & Community Spaces

  • Keep comments and discussions respectful, appropriate, and on topic.
  • Do not spam, self-promote excessively, or repeatedly post unrelated links.
  • Do not use the platform to stir confusion, debate, division, or fear.
  • Do not post explicit, vulgar, violent, hateful, or unsafe content.
  • Do not impersonate another person, ministry, organization, or representative of Set Apart Sisters.
  • “Let your word always be with favour, seasoned with salt” (Colossians 4:6).

6. Online Community Engagement

  • Set Apart Sisters may provide private or semi-private online community spaces where women can post, comment, reply, participate in discussions, access resources, join groups, and engage with one another.
  • All posts, comments, replies, profile activity, group discussions, event chats, and other interactions within our online community spaces must follow these Community Guidelines.
  • Members are expected to engage with kindness, patience, humility, and respect.
  • Do not use community spaces to argue, pressure others, publicly correct, shame, promote division, or dominate conversations.
  • Do not use profiles, comments, replies, groups, or messaging features to harass, solicit, spam, promote unrelated content, or contact members in a way that makes them uncomfortable.
  • Do not share screenshots, recordings, private posts, member comments, prayer requests, personal stories, or group discussions outside the community without permission.
  • Set Apart Sisters may moderate posts, comments, replies, profiles, group discussions, or member access when needed to protect the peace, safety, and purpose of the community.

7. Advice, Encouragement & Personal Responsibility

  • Community members may share encouragement, testimony, Scripture, personal experience, practical tips, or general wisdom.
  • Information shared by participants should not be treated as professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.
  • Each participant is responsible for prayerfully considering any advice or encouragement shared and deciding what is appropriate for her own situation.
  • If you need professional help, please seek qualified support from an appropriate provider in your area.
  • “The simple believes every word, but the clever one watches his step” (Proverbs 14:15).

8. Virtual Events, Webinars & Gatherings

  • Set Apart Sisters may host virtual events, webinars, workshops, online gatherings, care groups, and occasional in-person retreats.
  • Some events may be live-hosted, broadcast publicly, streamed online, replayed, published on Yahudah Living platforms, or aired through All Praises Radio.
  • When attending any event, please follow the instructions and expectations provided for that specific event.
  • Participants may be removed from an event, group, livestream, chat, or discussion if their conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or contrary to these guidelines.
  • “Let all be done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40).

9. Care Groups

  • Care groups are designed to provide biblical encouragement, mentorship, discussion, prayer, and community support.
  • Care groups are not therapy, professional counseling, diagnosis, medical treatment, legal advice, or crisis care.
  • For full details about participation, expectations, and disclaimers, please see our Care Groups & Events Participation Policy.
  • “Encourage one another, and build up one another” (1 Thessalonians 5:11).

10. Moderation Rights

  • Set Apart Sisters reserves the right to moderate comments, discussions, community spaces, groups, events, and submissions.
  • We may edit, hide, decline, remove, or delete content that violates these guidelines or does not align with the purpose of this platform.
  • We may block, remove, restrict, or refuse participation to anyone who engages in disrespectful, harmful, unsafe, harassing, or disruptive behavior.
  • Moderation decisions are made at the discretion of Set Apart Sisters leadership and/or designated moderators.
  • “Reject a divisive man after the first and second warning” (Titus 3:10).

11. Our Desire

Our desire is to protect a peaceful, encouraging, and spiritually edifying environment where women can grow, learn, share, and be strengthened. These guidelines are not intended to burden, but to help us steward this space with wisdom, care, and integrity. Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, but encouraging one another (Hebrews 10:24-25).
