Submission Guidelines

Set Apart Sisters may allow visitors, contributors, and community members to submit articles, testimonies, resources, event information, comments, devotionals, creative work, or other content for consideration. These guidelines help us steward submissions with wisdom, clarity, and order. “Let all be done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40).
1. Submission Does Not Guarantee Publication
- Submitting content to Set Apart Sisters does not guarantee that it will be published.
- We reserve the right to review, edit, decline, remove, or publish submitted content at our discretion.
- Submissions must align with the mission, tone, and purpose of Set Apart Sisters.
- We desire to do all things for the esteem of Elohim (1 Corinthians 10:31).
2. Content Standards
- Submitted content should be respectful, edifying, biblically grounded, and appropriate for women seeking to grow in their walk with Yahuah.
- Submissions should not contain hateful, vulgar, explicit, harassing, unsafe, deceptive, or intentionally divisive content.
- Submissions should not shame, mock, or belittle others.
- Submissions should be handled with words that build up and impart what is pleasant to the hearers (Ephesians 4:29).
3. Original Work, Permissions & Copyright
- You should only submit content that you created, have permission to share, or are lawfully allowed to submit.
- Do not submit another person’s writing, images, audio, videos, graphics, or resources as your own.
- If your submission includes third-party content, please provide proper credit and source links where applicable.
- By submitting content, you confirm that your submission does not knowingly violate copyright, privacy, or ownership rights.
- “You do not steal” (Exodus 20:15).
4. Editing & Formatting
- Set Apart Sisters may edit submissions for clarity, grammar, formatting, length, readability, tone, SEO, or alignment with the platform.
- We may add headings, excerpts, images, links, introductions, Scripture references, summaries, or related resources when appropriate.
- We will not intentionally change the heart or meaning of a submitted piece in a way that misrepresents the contributor.
- If major changes are needed, we may contact the contributor when time allows.
5. Author Credit
- When appropriate, Set Apart Sisters may credit the submitter, author, creator, ministry, or source.
- Author credit may include a name, ministry name, website link, short bio, or other relevant details approved by Set Apart Sisters.
- We reserve the right to decline or remove links that are unrelated, unsafe, promotional in a way that does not fit the platform, or inconsistent with our mission.
6. Community Comments & Engagement
- Published submissions may allow comments, discussion, or community engagement.
- Set Apart Sisters may moderate comments and discussions connected to submitted content.
- Contributors may be notified of comments when possible, but we are not required to provide comment notifications or author accounts.
- All comments and engagement must follow our Community Guidelines.
7. Removal or Revision Requests
- If you submitted content and later wish to request an update, correction, or removal, please contact us.
- We will review reasonable requests in good faith.
- We may preserve certain records, summaries, links, or references when needed for transparency, site integrity, or editorial context.
- Corrections and updates may be handled according to our Corrections Policy.
8. Personal Information & Sensitive Details
- Please use wisdom when submitting testimonies, stories, prayer requests, or personal details.
- Do not submit private information about another person without permission.
- Do not submit sensitive personal details that you are not comfortable having published.
- Set Apart Sisters may edit or remove personal information to protect privacy and safety.
- “Argue your case with your neighbor himself, and do not disclose the secret of another” (Proverbs 25:9).
9. Compensation
- Unless clearly agreed upon in writing, submissions are voluntary and unpaid.
- Publication on Set Apart Sisters does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or agency relationship.
- Any future paid writing, contributor, or creator arrangements must be clearly agreed upon in writing before publication.
